Easter egg hunt in Bienassis castle

This year, the traditional Easter chocolate egg hunt feels like of a royal promenade!

Leaving the usual game in the family garden, we joined the Château de Bienassis park with our little ones to participate in the event organized by the Erquy Festival Committee, to the delight of the whole family. The weather was perfect: we met the others at 2 p.m. at the entrance of the castle under a bright sun.

We headed towards the garden "à la française" where the Easter bunny has put the eggs. The children were already looking for the white forms scattered all over the grove. The place is wooded, there are many hiding places, so we kept an eye on them while they collected their loot. Made of polystyrene eggs, it was then exchanged for real chocolates, under the committee tent.

Around 4 p.m., the parents gathered and called back the kids, who were very proud of their harvest. After a quick check that everything had been picked up, the last exchanges were made, and we all met around the barnum to start savouring them. Fruit juice and cakes were offered to everyone to end the day of hunting!

Delighted with the contents of their baskets, the little ones took a good look at the castle before departure. We will most likely come back with the family to visit this superb building during the summer!
